Access to HE learners
Learners on the Access to HE Diploma must be registered on Quartzweb within 6 weeks (42 days) of their start date and on units comprising 60 credits within 12 weeks (84 days) of their start date.
A tracking sheet is issued by OCN London once learners are registered on 60 credits. This tracking sheet is submitted through Quartzweb at the end of the academic year as the final results submission (ERACs and direct entry results are not used on Access to HE). Guidance about making the final results submission is sent to Access Coordinators prior to final moderation.
