About this qualification

The OCNLR Entry Level Award in Online Basics (ITQ) (Entry 3) qualification has been created to address the skills of the digitally excluded society. It is a small one credit qualification that introduces learners to information and communication technology. The qualification covers the basic skills of using ICT, finding information on the internet and sending and receiving email messages.
