About this qualification

The OCNLR Awards in Digital Transaction Skills, at Entry Level 3 and Level 1, are aimed at giving learners the confidence to use digital technology to carry out daily living tasks – from making bookings, appointments and reservations or connecting with friends, to shopping, managing utility accounts, banking and applying for jobs, etc. Learners will gain the confidence to set up accounts for useful services, and to use and manage them safely, securely and knowledgeably.

The Awards are suitable for learners aged 14+.
