About this qualification
The OCNLR Awards in Digital Wellbeing have been developed to offer learners the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills on how to use digital technology in a healthy and mindful way.
This is in response to the recognition of the wide ranging impact of technologies and digital services on people’s mental, physical, social and emotional health and the challenge for educators to keep pace with technology whilst providing learners with the support they need to use digital in a healthy and mindful way.
The OCNLR Awards in Digital Wellbeing aim to provide learners with an understanding of how to manage their own digital practices, the importance of managing their own digital footprint, how digital technologies can affect health, and the positive and negative effects on wellbeing. The Awards are available at Entry Level 3 and Level 1.
Funding
