About this qualification

The OCNLR Level 2 Qualifications in Skills for Further Study in Health and Human Sciences are designed to support learners to develop skills and knowledge needed for progression to further learning on Level 3 qualifications, including Access to HE Diplomas, in health and human science related subjects.

The qualifications are suitable for use in a range of learning situations and lend themselves to the development of individualised learning programmes.

The qualifications are available as a Certificate, Extended Certificate and Diploma. Learners should opt for the size of qualification that best fits their needs in relation to their readiness for a Level 3 qualification.
