About this qualification

The Level 2 Qualifications in Skills for Learning Support Practitioners have been developed in conjunction with specialist practitioners and through consultation with a range of learning providers supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

This qualification enables learning support practitioners to develop strategies that can be used to make the service they offer more effective by understanding the requirements of learners with special educational needs and adapting services to address those needs.
