OCN London launches Tender Boost service to support Wave 5 of Skills Bootcamps

Did you know that OCN London offer bespoke support with bids and tenders for government funded education and training initiatives?

There are currently a number of Invitations to Tender for funding for Wave 5 of Skills Bootcamps delivery across several local authorities, including the Greater London Authority (£11.3M) and West of England Combined Authority (£7M).

The Skills Bootcamps must be between Level 3 to 5 or equivalent, up to 16 weeks in length and have 60 Guided learning hours (or 100 for Digital skills) with a guaranteed employer interview on completion of the course.

National priority skills include, Green; Technical, Construction; Logistics, Creative, Early Years, Digital; and Pathways to Accelerated Apprenticeships; with local authorities also committed to regional skills priorities based on employer demand.

OCN London’s bespoke Tender Boost service gives you access to experienced bid writers, with a wealth of experience in the education sector and public funding arena.

1. Support on the development of tenders and writing of bids.
2. Guidance throughout the bid process and collation of information from all relevant departments in your organisation.
3. Dedicated employer engagement and development from the start of your bid, guaranteeing a seamless development process to ensure the best bid match.
4. Business development activity to support new employer involvement, bringing them to the table to discuss your bootcamp proposal.

Skills Bootcamps require employers to be involved from inception and by us supporting employer interaction throughout the process, your teams will be free to get on with what they do best – designing programme delivery and shaping learner support.
