This training session is designed for people who wish to be an internal quality assurer for OCN London bespoke accredited courses and our regulated qualifications.Â
During the three-and-a-half-hour session you will:Â
- Consider the purposes and benefits of internal and external quality assuranceÂ
- Look at the role of internal quality assurer external quality assurer in the context of bespoke/accredited programmesÂ
- Look at key stages of the quality assurance process and your role in thisÂ
- Learn how to provide effective feedback to assessorsÂ
- Learn how to record outcomes of internal quality assuranceÂ
This training session is delivered in a small group setting, meaning that it is easy to get direct feedback from our experienced tutor that is relevant to your centre and situation.Â
Please note: If there are fewer than 4 delegates you will be offered an online version of the training followed up with a Q & A session with our trainer, this will be on the same date as the planned teams training and will last around an hour. You will be informed the week prior to the training.

- Training is currently provided Online via Microsoft Teams.Â
- Cost £65 per delegate for OCN London Recognised Centres. Not suitable for non-member organisations.Â
- This training is non-accredited but learners receive a certificate of attendance as evidence for Continuing Professional DevelopmentÂ
