OCN London are delighted to announce the arrival of our Online Access to HE service, focusing on the Nursing pathway.

Our online service allows learners to study at their own pace and fit their education around other commitments, such as work or family responsibilities.

This new platform has been designed to support learners to achieve the Diploma, in a flexible, accessible way, whilst still providing them with the skills and knowledge to prepare to study at degree level.

  • Available on the ePearl platform Includes online learning materials and assignment briefs
  • All supporting materials specially designed for online learning
  • Can be completed fully remotely with the option of a roll-on, roll-off model
  • Includes ePortfolio system for assessment and internal moderation
  • The units have been pre-selected, totalling the 60 credits required to achieve the Diploma

Benefits of Online Access to HE

  • Present the opportunity to fine tune both digital and study skills in preparation for University.
  • Offer additional flexibilities to learners who may be in full or part time employment, have caring responsibilities or other commitments.
  • Are well established and widely accepted by universities, qualifying for UCAS tariff points equivalent to three A levels.
  • Learners aged 19+ may be fully funded through the ESFA Adult Skills Fund or apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.
